Because we work with seasonal ingredients and craft everything by hand, slight variations in flavor or appearance may occur. Our bars, mendiants, and dragées have a shelf life of about 4 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place. Please keep all chocolates away from heat, sunlight, and strong odors.

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, our main shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. This is to prevent chocolates in transit over the weekend and to minimize their time en route to ensure freshness. The date chosen at checkout is the day your package leaves our facility. Tracking information will be shared as soon as the order is dispatched. If you are shipping to a warm weather destination, we may hold your packaging for the following Monday. We use FedEx for shipping so we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes & APO addresses.

Wow was I wrong, the texture and taste of this chocolate heart was really the best chocolate I have ever eaten. I was tempted to buy a bunch more on the spot.

I got the S'mores Carmel Bar and it was soooooo delicious! The best treat I have ever tasted! wasn't expecting one Big heart, so when I first saw it I thought, "Oh, I wonder if I'm in the mood right now to eat the whole thing." because once you bite into it it's gotta be eaten all. Its crisp outer shell is filled with juicy salted Carmel and soft marshmallow inside with a crunch of guess cookie. It was crisp, crunchy, and juicy all at the same time. And yes I ate it all in one setting, and I want more! lol No, but I was thinking it would be maybe four or six smaller (bite size) hearts or something like that in a package. It is one big heart. But I loved It! Makes you feel like a spoiled Queen while eating it!

I think the black mesh bag was a bit over the top. Who cares! I was there for the chocolate! That shell is the total width of a hair, at most. The marshmallow was like a little rocky balboa, he didn’t win but he tried. The graham cracker would only be improved if it was perforated down the middle.

Greetings, I love the creativity of your products and that is why I ordered the s’mores heart to try. I am a caramel maker. So I always try everyone’s caramels. And you were kind enough to send me the raspberry bar as well I will be honest. As much as I love the packaging, the flavors in the products do not match. It seems as if the design of everything takes precedence over the quality and experience of the actual product. The smores heart was beautiful to behold and I did love the texture lexperience of how the chocolate cracked open. So I was all built up at that point to dig in. Then I took a bite and I was not impressed. The chocolate, caramel, and marshmallow did not stand out from each other distinctively in taste. The beauty and concept of the raspberry bar was everything. All the different shapes and textures especially the back was enthralling. And the packaging of course. Then I had a bite. The feeling and texture of the chocolate itself was magnificent. The flavor not so much. Perhaps some R&D can be done to help improve the taste experience. The visual experience is amazing. Both senses should match. Thank you for asking my opinion, I hope you do not mind that I was honest about my experience
